I'm not really a folk music fan - a bit too much 'fol de rol' for my liking, but I read a review recently of the above CD which referred to it being full of pedal steel. The credit is given to Alan Cook who I think I have seen submitting items to this and the Steel Guitar Forum?
The steel playing is very high quality throughout and is innovative and 'different' enough to both fit the music and offer something well worth giving attention to. Always good to hear steel guitar out of the 'country' genre and shows what a versatile instrument it can be. Good stuff.
