this old Gal could well be heading for Italy (though not for sure just yet) but how about "parcel2Go" £26 + vat from Cambridgeshire to Italy!!!! How do they do it????

[Zumbilly(Murdoch)]

John,
I use Parcel2go quite often.
Some time ago I was sending a steel guitar and when I filled in the required form and then paid the fee I received a phone call a short while later telling Me that they would not insure the goods since it was a guitar?????????? I cancelled and got a refund.

they use all different companies, I sent Zum to Latvia fully insured by them but it was not cheap! the insurance cost a lot more than the freight

That's a nice little ZB John. The Yanks are always amazed at the number that we have in the UK. Good old Eric and Gordon have to take the credit for that.
