MCI D10 - 4 (levers) x 8 (pedals)
E9/C6 - Emmons setup.
1980's but not sure on the year - Serial D10A148
George L pickup on the E9 and a single coil on the C6.
It was my first steel - I am reluctant to sell it, it has many years service left in it. But I have a new Williams Universal and the MCI should be played. It is in good but used condition, up until the Williams I was gigging/recording the MCI regularly. There are two small cosmetic cracks in the mica body which do not affect the playability/stability at all. It plays very well and everything works as it should. I wanted to offer the guitar here first before eBay etc.
I had new pedal rods made a few years ago so I could bring the overall height down slightly - the orignal rods will be included.
Case and leg bag included. The case has seen better days cosmetically but it still does a great job at carrying/protecting the guitar!
Before me the steel belonged to the late Ian Pearce, guitarist from Southend on Sea.
Currently in Suffolk, but I am often in Essex. Obviously, pickup and viewing would be ideal, but delivery is possible.
I have plenty of higher quality pictures that I can send across and some video of me playing it. Could do with a new set of strings!
