Pretty much hit the nail on the head Dave, you always get a great tone regardless of the tuning. Are you also playing the guitar parts, some nice riffs going on there?

Take it you're using a Uni setup on 12 string?

Hi Danny thank you so much. I was saying to JD the other day that on the C6th tuning you slide up or down looking for a chord only to find you only needed to change your grip on the same fret. Also you can do a descending chord run going up the neck. I think I will have ago at another C6th song. So many chords drop out all over the place and they all sound good. As I said in an earlier reply it must be JD's SIT strings that do it.

Well Dave, you certainly found some lovely chords in that tune, I also loved those bass notes you dropped in.
As for your next adventure on the C6, I don't know if you take requests? If you do, I'd love to hear your take on Brother, Can You Spare A Dime.
And, I heartily agree with you about JD's SITs, they are the tops for me, too.

What a great take on a classic tune, as the guys all say that tone of that guitar is something else.

Hi Danny I'm glad you liked it. Thank you. I will take a listen and play it through and see if I get the tingle. I am still using the first set of SITs that I got from john last year or it might have been longer. Time seems to go fast the older you get. I don't break strings anymore. Home playing is not like live work. But its so much easier.

Hi Roy Thank you so much. It is a pleasure to play. I play through a home made volume pedal as well based on the Light speed attenuator.( Google it) so there's no moving parts in the audio chain. I have always loved the sound of the C6th neck but have never really work at it. It was always easier to drop in to the safety of E9th.
