Things are looking better for you Geoff. Did you ask the medical staff to reduce the swollen legs and balls, and leave your penis as it is??

I did ask them Ken but it would have incurred extra charges so it's back to the magnifying glass and tweezers I'm afraid 8-)

As Geoff knows, I was never very fond of Fleetwood Mac's Albatross. The reason is simple: it was not ragtime enough. I've, at last, put that right. This'll cheer you up Geoff (maybe!)

Heu Geoff...just a wee note to let you know you are still very much missed at our Gartcosh nights. Hopefully you are getting better and back to making as much music as you can again. Take care buddy! Davie

As Davie H says ... you may be absent in body but you are present in our minds, over our usual gaggle Davie Withers shouted ...........anybody heard from Geoff, Donny responded to say you were making progress.

Geoff,We are all with you in spirit if not in person and do trust all is going to plan!

Hi Geoff,as has been said countless times before, your presence is very much missed at Gartcosh, but we will meet up and share some good nights when you recover, in the meantime lie back and enjoy the attention you will surely be receiving from your lovely wife and family.
All the very best ma boy, and keep on keeping on

Ahh guys, thanks so much, almost brought a tear to my eye, (rubs eyes), it's been a long hard road but I'm getting there. I miss seeing you all at Gartcosh, unfortunately it'll be a while before I can return, I had a meeting with my consultant last week and she told me that it'll be 3 months after my stem cell transplant before they consider my body has recovered enough to continue with any more treatments etc. That means I can't get my covid jabs again and childhood inoculations until then, so I am open to infections of all kinds until I get past that. So until then I have to stay isolated from the world.

We've booked a week away in a cottage at Torridon for the first week in July, so really looking forward to that. The cottage is totally isolated and sits up on a mountain overlooking the Loch, absolutely beautiful location, hoping that I'll be fit enough by then to go out on some long walks with my lassie by my side, as she has been throughout this nightmare. Think one of our sons might come over from Inverness for a night or two while we're there, so that'll be fine.

All the best to you all and hope you continue to have good nights at Gartcosh, I will return :D
