Taking the biscuit during lockdown

I thought It would really take the biscuit if I turned up along with others without an invitation to join the biscuit barrel convention, as due to government advice, if more than 3 families were mixing indoors they would all be breaking the Covid rules and therefore become Bandits.
There was definitely no mention anywhere of garden parties or booze flowing freely, possibly it was for this reason, no invitations had been sent out by email in the first instance!

The biscuit barrel convention got the Go Ahead from B. A. in order to make the Gingernut a Happy Face, he needed Time Out to prevent him going Cream Crackers and becoming a Lemon Puff.
As he was feeling Blue Riband and a bit Rocky he needed a Pick Up and a bit of Time Out in the Club, or he’d become either a Maryland or Choc Chip Cookie.
The Taxi used his Wagon Wheels to Hobnob with the Penguin who was a Jammie Dodger, short on Gold and a bit Garibaldi.
They hoped to Yo Yo the time away by dissolving Abernethys behind their Caramel Logs until it was time for the Gypsy Creams, followed by more Digestives with Teacakes from Mr Tunnoch.
Not a crumb of information has been heard out about the outcome of this tasty gathering, therefore no one knows whether it was a dodgy event or just a bit of mouth watering supposition that could get fudged up!
There’s Hunners more names I could mention but I would be scraping the bottom of the barrel and my reasons for doing so would be wafer thin, so I’ll just put the kettle on, dunk my rice biscuit and reminisce in my Custard Creams

Well did this really happen, that’s what everyone will say,
just await the final outcome from the servant named Sue Grey!
No longer slummin, I’ve got a Mullen and a damn good amp as well,
they’ll be well played, if not played well, seat time alone must tell!
