Fender Blues Junior Upgrade???

Postby michael murray » Sat Oct 24, 2020 4:36 pm

So, it's a Mexican. I have already done the Frommel/Bill M upgrade.

I'm' thinking of replacinng the cabinet and upgrading the speaker.

So? JBL E120 or Eminence Cannabis Rex?

If so? How so?

You have another option. If you don't want to lug a heavy JBL speaker around in your amp, you have an option of the Eminence EPS 12. I know a few guys who have that speaker installed in their amps, and love its light weight and clean JBL-like tone. Tommy White is just one of these.

Cannot find one of these anywhere. Might be an option for my Roland Cube 80XL. If I can find one sometime.

My Blues Junior is for lap.
