Hi All

My Son finished his Degree work in Creative Music Production yesterday, so today I claimed back some of my recording equipment. The result: a version of Shenandoah that should be seen as a first stab at, for me, the ultimate pedal steel piece. I can do better, but in the meantime, this is the best I can do...a life's work ahead!

Thanks Danny...I love rivers...no 'social distancing' required! I have now posted a solo (ish) version of Shenandoah on Soundcloud. I wish I could say I nailed it first time, but I got close on the 27th take...close enough for today anyway.

...actually, the last go around was a 36 stringer...3 x 12...the only way I could hide all my mistakes!!!

The Emmons? A Black Rock 3 x 4...remember you were interested in p-exing it for your Blondie D10...but I bought the Williams U12 instead. I sold the Emmons last year...got £1300 for it, not bad. It was a lovely guitar, but the different setup got in the way of changing my muscle memory for the new Williams, so it had to go.
