I have always loved this song and the Everly's version with the great Weldon Myrick playing some tasty backing steel.

Hi Roy, The only version I've heard of this song is John Denver on the Rocky Mountain High album which I really like. This version is really good, more earthy, and as you would expect great harmonies. Thanks for that. Donny.

Yes indeed, two great posts, a great version of a great song by a great songwriter, from his great debut album. Absolutely nothing grates here.
