Do NOT sell it, the guitar "Blondie" is unique.. And what other guitar could sound so good with strings as old as I know they are..
I like the tune W.T.F. and will do a backing track for that and have a go at playing it myself after I've heard how JD plays it with the backing track, maybe.
Blondie... if Carlsberg did Push Pulls !

You know that you will regret selling a true legend of a guitar John. :( There's something about a blonde.

John
How often have I read posts from you to others saying don't sell it you'll regret it later?
The sound you get from that guitar is in a class of it's own, the tinkling of the strings at the 12th fret was terrific as you played another rainy day, and if you do decide to sell you may be in for a few " rainy days " crying my heart out over you " or as Danny would say " greet'n yer eyes oot fur sellin her "
To sum things up W.T.F. are you thinking about! :o
Stick her under the bed and sell other guitars instead :guitar:
Don't spoil Christmas for others by having a sour look on your face, so keep "blondie" and have a Merry Christmass instead of a Blue Christmas.
Regards Robert :guitar: :guitar:
P.S.
Put us out of our misery by keeping her
No longer slummin, I’ve got a Mullen and a damn good amp as well,
they’ll be well played, if not played well, seat time alone must tell!

"Too late She cried the kid's boss' eyed and born without a plonker"

Thank you for your concern guys, but the deal is agreed and The Blonde bombshell has spent far too long in her case, she deserves to be played.
She is going on Wednesday to another Young man
who has had strict instruction never! to lay the bar on the woodwork and has sworn to love her just as much as I have so, rejoice with me that another YOUNG man who is already a reasonably competent player is among us :)

John, You gave me the same advice as everyone is giving you, don't sell it, but you did it anyway, so did I, because I am in the same position as you, I still have a pedal steel, and so do you, you are quite correct it deserves to be played. Regards Donny.

John
Apologies if I came on a bit strong in my previous post, I was not aware that "blondie" was just a bit on the side and no longer a serious player  at least you will have some peace of mind knowing that a " younger " man can satisfy her needs and give her the attention she craves for.
Another consolation is the fact that she is going to a new home with a " toy boy " who will spend hours trying to understand her and come to terms with her demands :P
You will be happy to know you have set someone else off on a long journey and you can keep "tabs" on their happy life together.
No more tears just happy memories and you can " always look on the bright side of life". De Dum, De Dum, De Dum, De Dum, De Dum
P.S.
I think I'll have another look under the bed to see what I can find  8-)
