ZB parts wanted

Postby Keyless12 » Thu Nov 01, 2018 2:42 pm

I'm looking for some ZB parts. Has anyone converted one and got some bits left over? Any turnbuckles with rods. Spare pedals, knee levers and perhaps old legs.
Also, has anyone got Ronnie Bennett's contact details? Thanks, Dave.

Thanks John, we all have old legs these days! I think i missed out on some bits that you had a while back, but if you could check out that turnbuckle it's a start. I can make knee levers, it's just I've got 2 already. I could just make 4 matching ones. Thanks for Ronnie's number. Dave Langdon

How many turnbuckles are you short of? You do know I imagine that they have a right and left thread!

Hi Bob, yes I know the threads are like that to shorten the rod length. Ideally I'd like rods with turnbuckles, and I'd adapt them to the right lengths. I don't know what the thread size is, and getting a set of left and right hand taps and dies might be difficult. I know Michael Yahl does some rod ends. Let me know what you have if you can help. Thanks, Dave Langdon.

Just checked Michael's site there Dave! $17.95 a pop! Plus shipping and charges! Ouch!

Rods c/w turnbuckles (shabby chic!) ZB originals all of which would polish up and be as good as new!

Sizes to hand are .........'Approx'

15½"
16½"
19"
20½"
