Storm Calum

If anyone is out and about on Fri/Sat in Scotland watch out for storm Calum, he is buzzing up the west coast. Let's be careful out there. Donny.

I've heard that the eye of the storm is going to be centred in the Colintraive area

The storm Donny’s talking about has two ‘l’s so could be an issue! The single ‘l’ version is much more benign. It’s the same reason that cars in Scotland don’t have so many starting issues. We have Batteries (Ba-Te-Rees) and they have BaTrees. It’s the extra syllable that makes the car start in the cold!
Sorry to divert off the storm topic.....

You should see our little chip shop blowing past you, accompanied by a random witch on a bicycle and a fluffy dog, sometime tomorrow. Give us a wave folks... Big old winds and horizontal rain, coming your way, and getting stronger!
It’s just coming over Dorset at the moment!
Batten down the hatches, get in some extra medicine, break out the Tilley lamp and chuck a few logs on the fire.
Best of luck, stay safe and hold on to yer hats.
All the best,
Stan...

May be calling on you to help us retrieve the Snack Shack from the North Sea, some time in the future !!!
StanSteel and the world passes by........

My lovely (all be it a bit shoddy) Homemade E9 pedal, Sho Bud LDG, Knight (U.K.) Guitars: Sycamore 335, 12string semi and Walnut Tele thinline with B bender, Harmony lap steel and lots more...Lucky boy!
