MIKE JOHNSON'S HAD CANCER.

Postby Ken Byng » Mon Mar 12, 2018 2:18 pm

Mike announced on the USA steel forum that he had cancer of the tonsil and 2 lymph nodes. He was diagnosed last November and underwent quick treatment. I texted him this morning and he got back straight away. He's very upbeat about everything, and wifey Joanie has been pampering him. Please keep him in your thoughts as he is a lovely person besides being a great musician.

Mike texted me last night, and here is a part of his message.
Hey Ken
I did my 3 month Scan today. Dr. said I’m healing perfectly, no need for surgery and I just need one more Scan in July, which should complete this thing. He also said he sees no Cancer✔️

I'm so pleased for him, and it must be an immense relief.
