OFFERS.

Postby SHAKEY » Mon Sep 18, 2017 10:40 am

I made this guitar a while ago with the intention of trying to learn some C6 but as my milling machine needs some expensive repairs I have to sell. As you can see it is 8 string keyless, 24 1/4" scale, not the prettiest thing you've ever seen but sounds nice.I don't have a case for it as I had no intention of taking it anywhere but if it is to go by courier it will be well packed and will cost £10. Open to sensible offers, I shall be advertising it on Gumtree also. Cheers.

Sorry to hear of the "trouble at t' mill" Dave, I had a problem with mine a while back that immobilised it for almost 6 months. More recently the speed control pot acted up and it took two weeks of lost time to diagnose the problem and fix it. I truly sympathise. What mill do you have, if I may ask?

Good grief Marc, that's a bit quick off the mark isn't it? We often have momentary departures from topic, I don't think it will break the system.

It's not the straying off topic that I was getting at, I was merely trying to help as items in "For Sale" stand a better chance of selling if the title of the topic says what it is, rather than simply "offers" or similar.

By the way I apologise for not describing the item I was selling in the subject title but I have found in the past that by putting such as "Offers" rather than what I am selling, peoples natural curiosity will make them have a look to see what is on offer and it sells quicker as it has done in this case.

While that makes sense and may well be the case, imagine if everyone did the same thing :o
