Ezzee~slide tone bars..

Loving my Ezzee~Slide. I got one the day I was doing an all day recording session and by the end of the day, I'd ordered a spare. Now my new red one is the only bar I use for steel, pedal steel and Dobro.

Thanks a million for the support for a 'home Industry' Have you noticed how the bar seems to get rid of the dreaded "3rd string wine" ? Ken was the first to spot it..I think because it's NOT steel..many years ago the trick was to put a small piece of plastic under the third string at the changer end.. this has the same effect. IMHO.

I'm really anxious to find out whose bar Jim Pritchard used at Long Ashton on the Video of Corrina please; It would seem it's faulty.. I need to trace the owner and replace it; Jim has posted on Facebook

Iv'e tried both, much prefer the sustain from the Sheffield

Any clue as to whose bar it was please ?

I have now had a chance to evaluate my Ezzee~slide tone bar and have to say I find it well beyond my expectations, it is smooth, light weight, with a pleasing mellow tone of it's own. I was a visiting a friend in Wales two weeks ago and invited him to try it out. He like me was most impressed with it's performance light weight and tone and assured me he will be ordering one in the near future. I would like to thank you personally Basil for taking the time to both design, and produce the Ezzee~slide tone bar which I think is a must for any serious steel guitar player.

Thanks Richard and all friends, The first bar I made was delivered to Ken Byng Early August last year and I'm overwhelmed with the response from the worldwide Steel Guitar Community.. Thanks a million guys, there's more to come..Including Mk1 Fender 400/1000 roller bridges, and a truthful replica Van Eps Damper.
Just need to get my head around the 'G-Code' ( I have a shed-full of broken bits. !!)
