Thank you John, those Speakers look like monsters, I'll let you know how I get on, I have a small Fender Delux 90 to use here at home for now, which has a nice clean channel but to me the tops sound a bit too brittle, and that's just on normal guitar. Have to say John when it comes to advice, help and support you sir are a legend !

Mark, if your only going to be playing at home , one standard cube is more than adequate and yes it is 8 ohms you want try to get one that has not been reconed i have some here if you don't fixed up.

Yes the one I found was cheap and needed reconing, and yes am happy with just the one 80x, especially after it's had a JBL fitted. I will be (hope to be) gigging at some point, but a long way to go building up skills, and I'm certainly not going to be out every weekend. I do fancy dropping in as a spectator to one of your Bulkington gigs, I am assuming that's the Bulkington near me, and near Nuneaton. As soon as I am sorted with the guitar, I'll whizz over and buy a speaker from you, and a load of strings.
