Saturday and Sunday, don't forget.
It's going to be a great weekend.
I have a rebuild 6 String Gibson BR3 from 1947 with non-original parts which will be for sale if anyone is interested. I bought the carcass and original case and fitted an Artec humbucker pickup,a fantastic fretboard, and modern pots and tone cap. It will be available for anyone to try out this weekend. Starting price is circa £150.
Keith.

Work has been so insane that I have had hardly a moment to play, but I am looking forward to this weekend, and seeing friends old and new. Basil, I'll bring my uke!

I'd like to second Ken's (e)motion. Hope it all goes swimmingly, I'm sure you'll enjoy the Scot's lads contributions from Messrs Johnston & Holland.
Any clips of the event would be much appreciated :guitar: :guitar: :guitar:

Just back from Thornton Watlass (what a nice wee place). I`d like to thank Tony and everyone who made me feel so welcome, and helped direct me to a safe parking place for my car due to wayward cricket balls.
Thoroughly enjoyed listening to the many lap steel players, and of course all the peddlers too.
Keep up the good work and dont let Basil sell you too many bars, although they are extremely good!

Whoa Davie, they sound like big crickets

You must've swooped in (and out) of the meet! Hope you left them with 'hunners' of quality noteage ringing in their ears

Can I just say a big thank you for the fun at this event. I thoroughly enjoyed myself and everyone put their heart and sole into it. Basil even managed to sell me the slippery bar so that's my dental money gone.

I will certainly be back next year.
