Pedal steel maintenance

Postby highrisejesus » Wed Mar 01, 2017 1:53 pm

Hi

I have a Carter SDB10 that I now 10 years old (nearly) - the RR knee lever is very stiff as it has always been. I didn't bother using it for the first 5 years or so, because I didn't know what to do with it. I use it regularly now and the stiffness is getting on my nerves. oiling it makes no difference, Does anyone know of anyone who does pedal steel maintanence/repairs?

Speak to John Davis, Nick. He will sort you out. It's probably just the leverage ratio on that lever is wrong, a ten-minute fix.
