Sat with at the bar with Paddy, Aussie Warren, Bruce Zumsteg and his wife and another couple can't remember their names, but he had a bowler hat and a very distinctive moustache. Mark Giles came over for a while, so got to thank him for his fine work on the cabinet.

Bumped into Ted & Ivor this morning when we were all checking out, Ivor is going to get us VIP tickets for Knockhill near Dunfermline next time he's racing up there, so that should be interesting

Where in Irving did you find open till that time of the morning? My mother used to say to me"if your not in bed for midnight just come home son.

Paddy was ratted in the Sheraton, so I drove him back at 3.45. He was hungry and the only place open was the greasy spoon - Denny's!! I said to the old bird who was waiting on us, "Like your perfume". She whispered "It's Juicy!". I said "Yeah, but what's the perfume called"? but it went straight over her head. I thought it was funny, but at 4.30 in the morning you laugh at anything.

Been a long day today. Packed my cases, said my goodbyes at the Sheraton, filled the car up with petrol and took it back to the car rentals, checked in my flight and put my cases in, waited for my flight, got to Nashville and hired another car (a BMW SUV) and then drove to a Cracker Barrel for my first meal of the day, and finally booked into my hotel. My poor old back is killing me. Funny thing at the airport. I was dressed pretty scruffily admittedly, but when they called out for the first class passengers to board the plane, I stepped forward. The guy who was organising the boarding parties looked down his nose and said "First Class sir - I did call it out". What a tosser! I showed him my boarding pass and he looked like he'd swallowed a wasp.

Geoff - your photos are way better than the ones I took on my phone. I could kick myself for forgetting to pack my cameras. I have more photo's to put on here, so I'll put them on in the morning. Just off to catch some ZZZZZZZZZZZZZZZZZZZZZZZ's
