I love the bit where he says "1 week - boom, you're done!" Well that might be his standard after 1 week of playing, but I would guess that most people would want to get to a reasonable level. No shortcut to that apart from loads of practise and experience.
A bit like Bert Weedon's Play In A Day. It depends entirely on what you call playing. At least Bert has never slagged off other teaching methods, and that's why his book has made him a small fortune and why this guy won't do the same with his DVD's.
