Hawaiian and South Sea themed radio show on Boxing Day 2014

Members might be interested to know that I have agreed to compile and present a special show to be broadcast on December 26th from 8pm-11pm (UK time) on Uckfield FM to be called "Paul Hazell's World Of South Sea Island Music". The title derives from my regular show, "Paul Hazell's World Of Country" which goes out fortnightly on Sunday nights from 9pm-midnight.

I am no expert on this field but do love the music and have access to quite a lot of relevant music - including some rarities - and the idea will be to provide a warm, cosy and cheerful show to listen to on a cold winter's night! There will be some popular singers, country artistes and Hawaiian bands with a range of songs and instrumentals. Plenty of steel guitar no doubt!!

If you are outside of the limited broadcast area, you can listen live on the internet on www.uckfieldfm.co.uk - that will be 8pm-11pm on 26th in the UK, on the afternoon of 26th if you are in USA or Canada and in the early morning of 27th if you are in Australia or New Zealand.

For anyone that might be interested, this show has now been made available to "listen again". You can also "like" the show and add any feedback you might wish to offer. The show comprised a range of musicfrom different islands and included a lot of country artistes as well as popular artistes and Hawaiian artistes.
