Albert Lee/Gerry Hogan

Postby mick hearn » Mon Sep 15, 2014 9:18 pm

Albert Lee - on the rounds again with Hogans Heros. At the Apex in Bury St Edmunds 24/9/14. I for one will be grabbing a ticket. Two of my passions on one night - Albert on the guitar and Gerry on pedal steel. As a guitarist and steel player I shall look forward to this one with great delight.

Saw them in Caernarfon earlier in the tour. Some tremendous songs from the "Frettening Behaviour" Album. Well worth the visit. Enjoy Albert on the keyboard on the encore, and of course Gerry, who is always pleased to chat after the show.

I have to agree with Daave on that one. A terrific show and musicianship from all was brill. The keyboard player was so relaxed but to see him go - how does he do it. Love the album. I must add what a real friendly bunch of guys they were. Had a good old chat with Albert and Gerry. Albert is so down to earth - a great player and a great man.
