The Steel Player on the Rains is a guy called Ron Stafford. Check out some of the shows featuring Dicky Overby. Loads of close up shots of him on steel. Love his playing. There are 39 various shows to watch,each one 25mins long. Click at top on "View Shows" Gene Watson. Ray Price, Moe Bandy, Amber Digby and loads more.
