Does anyone have an amp head to power a 4 ohm speaker??

Or any suggestions for what I should try and get hold of??

Is this for bedroom use or for playing out? If playing out with or without a band. What watt rating does the speaker have, is it in a cabinet, I presume it is.
Not many low powered into 4 ohms.
Just to give a bit of perspective. Epiphone Valve Junior Hot Rod will deliver 5 very loud watts into 4 ohms. for £149 Fine amp BTW
Hiwatt DR103 will deliver one single death blow to your speaker at 100 watts into 4 ohms. for over a grand

Matt, you could think about the G.K. MB 200 , sells around £205 , weighs about 2lbs, been using mine for around two years, great little amp.Have played venues big and small, I use 12inch Sica neo in a cab built to design from US forum, but you could equally well use the Sica 15inch, a lot of guys do.
MSA Millennium SD1O, GK MB200,Sica 12 and Telonics 15 speakers , Joyo American Sound pre amp, Jay Ganz Straight Ahead 500w class D Amp, Hilton pedal, Peterson tuners,Digitech RP150,Scott Dixon seat/ flight case.

Matt there is a massive thread about MB's on American Forum, lots of info on it there.I got mine from a music shop in Bognor, but believe they are now widely available.Sica speaker was from Hot Rox in Nottingham.Cab plus amp weighed in at 22lbs, or if you keep amp separate it fits into steel seat and can plug into any cab available or direct into desk.
