[SOLD] Complete Setup Reduced For Sale

Postby Brianf » Wed Jul 03, 2013 7:53 pm

Due to lack of time and other commitments, I have decided to sell my complete PSG setup, as I have never really got round to learning how to play it with any proficiency.
I want to sell it as a job lot so that I am not left with loads of odds and sods that I would have to spend time advertising individually.
It would be ideal for someone just starting out or for anyone wanting a nearly new set up.
Apart from the Guitar, all the gear was bought by me from new and has never been out of my spare bedroom.
It is all in perfect working order and apart from the Bench and Soundlab Pedal power unit has all the original boxes and instructions.
The guitar was built by Bernard Curnow from Cornwall and the build quality is absolutely first class.
It is in amazing condition and according to my friend who is a Steelie plays as good as any branded Professional models out there. It also has a very good unmarked case, as you will see from the photos.
There is a very good review and pictures of the sister PSG on the Steel Guitar Forum. You will be able to find it by typing “Curnow Pedal Steel Guitar” in the Google browser or from this link.

The setup consists of the following Items:
Curnow Pedal Steel Guitar / Roland 80XL amplifier / Hilton Volume Pedal / Peterson VS=11 Tuner / Boss DD3 Delay / Marshall RF1 Reverb / Soundlab Pedal Power Supply / Quiklok BX14 Bench /
Steel Bar, Picks and all leads / lots of spare strings and a music stand.
Jeff Newman courses as follows:
Pedal Steel Guitar Technique (Tab,DVD,CD) / Just Play the Melody (Tab,DVD,CD) /Steel Tracks 1 (Tab,CD) / E9th Dictionary DVD / Woodshed Workshop “Crazy” (Tab, CD).
Mel Bay E9th Pedal steel DVD and Alfreds (Joe Stoebenau) Teach yourself PSG Book with CD.
I have more pictures if you just send me an email.

I have looked at prices on Ebay, Gerry Hogans website and many more and all the items except the PSG I have put around 50% of that value on all these.
NOW REDUCED TO £1,300 FOR QUICK SALE
WILL CONSIDER DELIVERY TO ALMOST ANYWHERE FOR COST OF FUEL. .

Thanks Brian, a bit too far for me but I'm sure someone will take you up on this. Sorry to hear you're packing it in, I feel like that most of the time! Cheers, Andy.

I know you want to sell the total setup together but would you sell the Roland Cube 80 on it's own, and at what price, posted to Ireland at my cost?

Hi, Sorry at this time I do not want to split the complete setup into individual items for the reasons above.
I will give it some time to see if there are any takers and if not I will make a decision on what to do later.
