OK, With the help that some of you have offered….. IT`S ON!! And my booking form is in the post Thank you.

It will be an all day event from 10am until 10 pm food van will be there and the bar will open. Format will be as before, No wallflowers please! Everyone gets lots of chances to play, the “Round Robin” is open to all who want to have a go…. I have learned that people who drive for four hours to get there to play just 3 toons get totally peed off! So will try to address this… Just one golden rule… ONE AT A TIME…. Either play or pass but not both

Twood be nice to see some new faces there this time, we all know there are a lot of great players out there that we could all learn from…so get on their case and rope`em in.

Those that have offered help , please send it and I will endeavour to get the hall paid for before the end of August… (one less worry for me J )

Lets make this the best one yet!….. (you may not get another….)

Roger, You don`t need to get there that early we can use tracks for the first part and some of it will be teaching time to get the newbies started. If we can get the "House Band" together for 2-30 ish, that would be fine and the superstars usually finish off the evening with tracks anyway .......... we should all get the chance to have a blast>>>>>>>> JD

In response to a recent email I received regarding Wallflowers.........
You don`t have to play if you don`t want to but there will be people there who know a lot less than you and they will bring their steels in and have a go...... all I am saying is you will learn a lot more if you bring your steel in.... you cannot help people who keep it in the boot ....
Please don`t be intimidated by my previous post I will not try to bully anyone into playing if they don`t want to!!!

OK, if there is anybody still out there to read this.... , I have started to receive some of the help you guys promised thank you for that.. I am determined to get the hall paid for well before the night so I can relax about that side of the job .... For those of you that are as poverty stricken as me.. (pensioners) and cannot give the support you know this venture needs....... If you could come up with a contribution in the form of a raffle prize?? ... be it a bottle of plonk or a Basil Henriques CD ( not "Live at the Castaways" I`ve already got that one ) it will be well received ... looking forward to a great night>>>>>>>JD
