Managed to get away early from my own gig ,and along with Willie Gamble managed to get to see Tim play with Mary Jean Lewis at Bar Brel Glasgow. The band put on a very good show and performed some very good and varied material.My old lead player Martin Barrett plays with them and liked the western swing type doubling parts he and Tim played . Mary Jean has an excellent voice and does some really unusual and different material, well worth hearing.
