Ormston type, is it single raise or lower like them ? if so , it seems a lot of money (it's up to 627.23 pounds at the moment,can anybody clarify this ?

Have you seen that Ernie Ball pedal steel on Ebay ? looking at it the changer head looks similar to a Denley, Rose Morris,
Ormston type, is it single raise or lower like them ? if so , it seems a lot of money (it's up to 627.23 pounds at the moment,can anybody clarify this ?
