Thank you Roy, much appreciated. It's a big one for me this year, 70, just a lad!

Unfortunately my health hasn't been great the past few months but all my family have come over for the day, so very much enjoying seeing them all. Makes it all worthwhile :D

Hi Jiff
Many happy returns and have a good one enjoy your day, it’s true that your just a lad :o , especially when you compare with some of the others on this forum!
Keep picking :guitar: ‘cos if it sounds good it must be good, (don’t know where that’s come from! ), best wishes for a return to good health and all the best for 2026
Cheers
Robert

   Thanks guys, of course you're right, compared to you guys I'm a mere fledgling. Was a good day with my 3 sons and their partners, unfortunately my grand daughters couldn't come over, they live in Holland and are currently studying for their mock A levels in January, (British school) in Holland. But saw them on Facetime over Xmas.

Still picking away Robert, been playing round with some new gear, modellers etc, will post something about it in the New Year.

Never too cold for a Scotsman to wear short trousers John, plenty of practice with the kilt

 They're not as drafty as they seem John, it wraps around a few times, they're actually quite cozy. Plus we generally only wear them at weddings etc, which are mainly in the summer for most folks.
