I had a phone call from Ivor the Driver this afternoon. He said that Ted has been in hospital for a couple of weeks. He originally went in with Covid, and picked up a couple of infections while he was in there. Ted had been vaccinated against Covid, but it got him anyway.

Ivor is paranoid about getting Covid, and won't go anywhere that is not in the open air. He won't be going to Dallas in March, having already counted himself out out of the Irish Festival last year. He and Frances are both keeping well thank goodness.

I spoke to Ted too yesterday David, and he was delighted to receive the get well card from you. Nice touch.
