Major 3rd interval beats are minimized on many triads using strings 2 and 7. A compensator on the A pedal, lowering 1/7 to -13 further enhances the tuning as well...Glad you guys like it!...“
Posted by Mickey Adams on US forum. The settings were devised by Jody Carver in Texas and put on the Peterson site by Mickey Adams.
If anyone has a problem with it contact Sue Haslam at Peterson, she will talk you through it.

I had the pleasure of attending the Dallas jamboree ten times and I have seen and heard just about all the top players. I was on first name terms (with the barmaid) I have listened to Emmons,Hughey,Jernigan,Franklin and a host of others. I never once heard anyone being out of tune although they all tuned differently.Playing in tune is the goal.The minute You put your bar on the strings it all changes !! My Peterson tuner is a great tool I can tune in a noisy environment and I get it the same setting each time Then I put the bar in place and it all goes to pot.Find the tuning YOU like but it may not be right for the next guy. Tuning pages on the U.S.Forum went on for ever and everyone was right. Just stirring it up a bit.

Zumbilly perhaps if you are puting that amount of pressure on the strings with the bar it could be that you have forgot to change back into your Clark Kent outfit after your saving the world activities, always thought you never looked good in those red underpants. :shock:
