Sad Sad news again Bobby Flores Passed away today

The Yellow Rose Band will never be quite the same again "Big shoes to Fill" comes to mind one of Bobby's songs I loved seeing him work with Ray Price but IMHO Bobby was a star in his own right and I loved that Texas music sure hope the band can keep going.

Sad news indeed.
Unbelievably I have been watching many YouTube videos this week of Bobby and his band,
What a great sound they have and a great lineup of musicians.
I am sure that they will continue but sadly without the very talented Bobby Flores. RIP.

He's always been a musician par excellence, but he was such a great vocalist too. A big loss, and such an early age to depart. I once asked him about coming over to the UK, and he was really up for it.

A few years ago I tried to get the Yellow Rose band to come over and at that time they needed 6k per gig and a minimum of 3 gigs to make it viable, I managed to find one venue that would take them but could do no more, very hard to get that sort of money though I thought they were worth every penny.
