MSA 12

Postby SHAKEY » Mon Jan 24, 2022 7:17 pm

MSA 12 string Extended E9 with 3 pedals 4 knee levers, currently Day setup but can be easily changed to Emmons setup. I have done extensive work on this guitar including E66 pickup and new fretboard from Tom Bradshaw. It plays really nicely and stays in tune. Like all MSA's it is quite heavy so would need to be collected from Leicester or you may want to arrange courier yourself. Price £1400.

You say you have done some reworking on this steel. Did it start life as a Universal?

Hello Mick, I imagine it was a Uni originally, I bought it as extended E9 but it was in a bit of a state. It was a complete strip down and I had to make a new neck for it as the old one was a complete mess, a new fretboard from Tom Bradshaw, the mechanism was gummed up and needed a thorough clean and fortunately I had some spare bellcranks as three needed replacing.
