Yes indeed Malcom, I thoroughly enjoyed my trip to Texas and the Jubilee was an eye opener for a relative newbie steel player such as myself. Met a lot of interesting players and received a lot of good advice. The tour around the MSA factory was fascinating. I met Mark Giles at the Jubilee and was able to thank him for the great job he did on the finish of my Legend.

Calum would really enjoy it, maybe you could sail over Calum :D

Perhaps one day but I might be tempted to buy another one while I’m there!

Vibra Tite is the winner in the gunge wars. Treated all the split grubs and they’re staying put but are still tweakable if required. Donny’s hair gel is also good but more as a grease on things like pedal rods where it helps reduce some of the clatter. And on hair obviously!

I would happily bare my arse to a toilet secured by Donny’s hair gel but if called upon to visit a Viba tite installation, I would make sure that there was no uncured product in the important areas!
