John, just been watching your video. When you are playing across the strings, what strings are you playing?
As a matter of interest, do you use the Nashville Numbers System? Thanks.

Hi William, thanks for your interest, you ask what strings am I playing?, I ask which video are you watching?. and it made me go back and review the help vids I have done and found one to be missing, or at least I could not find it, It is the one where I have shown how to play "Little Brown Jug" and it uses all the basic grips across the steel ( well not "All" but the ones we mostly use) I might do it again if I can't find it as I thought it was the first thing any of us should have learned.
No I know nothing of the N.Numbers system though some have tried to explain it to me but I have some sort of learning difficulty and nothing sinks in as it should, I have never read a tab, all I had was a little help from my friend Gordon Huntley and to this day I am still cross with him for not showing me the G chord on the 6th fret I played the first 20 YEARS!! without it and when I eventually found it, it opened doors to me and smoothed out my playing no end...

There you go .....

Thanks for your reply John. The video I was watching was the one where you played a G chord on fret 3 with no pedals and at fret 6 with a pedal and knee lever.
My question was answered in the video you attached with your reply, so thanks very much for your time and effort.
