Thanks for coming along and making it another thoroughly enjoyable meetup! We tried our hand at some blues on E9, a generic country tune which (wrong footed everyone!), Someday Soon, From Hank to Hendrix, One More Drink by Hosé Feliciano, an Alex original (aptly named Worth A Try), and laudable solo turns from Dave and Will. Everyone felt out of their comfort zone as usual, which is the whole point - in a very friendly and supportive atmosphere of course. We all learned something. The new venue has it's plusses and minuses, I think we all liked the room and FREE is good, but the parking wasn't ideal and one of the cafe staff was stunningly rude. With enough takers I'll book another one for early spring.

It's always good for the soul to spend time sharing the same obsessions, tribulations and simple joys. Keep on picking fellas!
