Here's Tommy and his band The Time Warp Tophands with a couple of great numbers, and he is all over that E13 tuning. Leon Chambers too on Fender Jazzmaster before he was cruelly affected by arthritis in his fingers. Enjoy!

Never fails to amaze and impress me what some people can conjure out of a simple 6 string lap steel, no pedals, I can't do half as much with twice the strings.... f I wasn't so thick skinned I'd have an inferiority complex! :lol:
