OK, we need to set a date. How about May? There's a couple of bank holidays in May too so we could see if we could plan it on a Sunday joined to one of the BHM....
Format..
(Lessons learned from April this year) .. So how about this....
09:30 arrive and set up.
11:00 - 17:00 tuition, round robins, one-to-ones, etc.
17:30 - 20:00 players of distinction !
Other info..
Tea, coffee, soft drinks available all day.
Burger van / Chip van / Bring your own. ( I am undecided on this as yet ).
No bar ! ( because I spend too much time at it )..!
No stage show, (all at floor level).
So basically, it's going to be just like how John Davis' done it.
Why did I ever think of changing a format that worked?
