Cant put my finger on it

Postby Jimmy Gibson » Mon Jul 23, 2012 12:44 pm

How many times has this happend to any of you{ or is it just me? } you get another steel that played ok and sounded ok, BUT there was something that was not quite right about it,and you could not put your finger on what it was.I have just parted with a beautifull D10 Carter that i could not get on with,i don`t know why it was a beautifull steel but it just did not feel right ,so i took a very nice D10 SHO-BUD SUPER PRO in px,and could not be happier :D ,it feels right and sounds great.

Thats a lovely looking Sho Bud Jimmy, guess its all about personal feel hey mate. Nothing worse than buying a new steel, falling in love with it,only to find over the coming days months it just aint for you.Im sure a lot of us have been in that situation a few times over the years.
Best of luck with the new one.

That look like my old Bud, bought it in 1980. Put two new pick ups on it , a PF and a TW on the back. I had a lot of love for this guitar..
