Fabulous tribute to the Hag and Mike Johnson at the back trying to hold it all together that guy is one sensitive human being and PF blows us all away.

Sensational, a touching tribute to one of country's greatest artistes.
Roland amps, Telecaster, Tyros 4 and several self built steels.

I'm going to upset the apple cart here.
I thought what Paul played was quite boring. Clever yes, but just a display of technique, no pretty stuff.
He seems to have swopped taste for technique lately .
Just my opinion so please feel free to have a go back.

I have to agree with you 100% Tony. I have been observing Paul playing for quite a few years now, and while I think that he can lay claim to being the most technically gifted player on the planet, I think that he has lagged behind a number of players in the 'feel' catagory for quite a while. I think that Tommy White, Mikey Johnson, Buck Reid and Steve Palousek now exceed Paul in the amount of feel that they put into their ballad playing. Those fast head swivels that Paul does almost continuously as he plays look very peculiar. :o

Tony, I am sure Paul will take on board your comments and try a little harder next time, if you want pure feeling and emotion Robbie Turner is worth a listen but I was not bored by that performance just mindful of the extreme pressure that a world class player is under to get it right and while conscious that a load of muppets like us are waiting for the cock up.

Bob, I hope you don't take offence about my comments and stop posting these clips.
They're always interesting to watch and it's good that you're always looking out for them.

Keep it up. ( As the actress said to the chimney sweep.)
