Can someone help me identify this intro, please? I'm sure the more experienced players will know this one instantly, but it's bugging me. It's the first 16 seconds of this YouTube recording:

I had the pleasure of spending a couple of hours in that room with Buddy trying to teach me something such a sad loss you can see in the clip he is not a well man but what a great player when you look at his earlier work. R.i.P my friend.

The Big E - The Maestro. That intro is almost 60 years old. Emmons was just so far ahead of his time. He was using a partial bar slant on that first part of the intro as he was only lowering his second string down to D.
