The Man!! Great playing too from Hank Penny and Jimmy Capps. I have the whole collection of Family Reunion DVDs, and spend many an enjoyable hour watching this great band backing all of those country greats, but it's nice when they play an instrumental in their own right like this. Notice how close Mike's fingers are to the strings for much of the time. Either his thumb or a finger are anchored to a string at some point when he is picking. He has such great technique and tone. Having jammed with him once with just him, me and Joanie in the room, I can say that no camera has ever caught him in free flow when he just blows your mind. Same thing applies to Buck Reid.
