Just having a quiet day listening to some music, with a new set of Sennheiser headphones. David Hartleys version of Apartment No 9 is perfection.

Donny, yes its a cracking version.
I love to sit with my Sennheisers and listen to Jimmy Days early steel albums, his version of- 'I love you so much' rocks my socks everytime I hear it.
There are lots of fabulous steelies out there nowdays,but are they really doing any more with the steel than those old boys?

Can I Join the Sennheiser club ? I use them for confirmation of the studio monitor mix eq..as well as just pleasure.

Yes Baz, you're more than welcome. I have had Bose & JVC cans,previously but these are the best yet.

Got back from surgery.. a few hours ago....1000% better..
As for the Headphones I have the
HD600's Pat bought me them for my birthday 3 years ago..She's not only an excellent (Underestimated) rhythm guitar player, she's so good to me I should put her on a pedestal and throw sugar at her..And NOW she's helping me whilst I recover..

As for pedal steel, Pat plays Hawaiian Style on the pedal steel already..
would the 56 quid ones do the job or do you have to have the 156 quid ones to get a result??..... 
.... I guess being deeeef in one ear I should get`em for half price??? 
....
