On Android and I believe on Apple Smartphones:

On your phone!

Click on [SETTINGS] then [APPS] then [CAMERA] then [CAMERA SETTINGS] at the top, then go down to [SAVE SELFIES AS PREVIEWED] flick over and light it up! job done!

Now your nose will be pointing in the right direction when you send a selfie as will your [STEEL PLAYING] when viewed.!!

I tested it both ways and it swapped the image around! Try the opposite to what you have now, I'm not sure how your camera is set up !
