Sounds like Steve Palousek on steel. A great player with such feeling, one of my all time favourites.
Thanks John

It is a young Steve Palousek Tony. An incredible player - among the highest echelon of pedal steel players, and a quiet but deep thinking man who has had his troubles in life. He is possibly the best steeler outside of Nashville.
I would say this is the equal of Buddy Emmons' version of Night Life, not better as Buddy created it. Steve's tone is exemplary.

Let us not forget the late great Bobby Flores on the fiddle. Fantastic singer, fiddle player, guitar player, Pedal steel player - in fact a great allrounder. Has won awards for his record productions and was always willing to give other players a chance. Died in 2022 and a great loss to the music industry. RIP Bobby.

You are so right there Mick I have loved all his music even tried to get the Yellow Rose Band over here but they needed minimum 3 gigs and I could only get then one. Both Bobby and Randy gone now, Bobby played great steel as well as number 1 fiddle.
