Hi All I have just finished my latest song. Tell me there's a heaven. The backing track is the original Chris Rea version. Was a bit of a bugger timing wise. Was fun to do.https://soundcloud.com/user-627782904/t ... al_sharing :D

Hi Steve Thank you. Trying to think of the next song to do. I have Joe Ely's Because of the wind in mind. I do have a reputation for wind in our house so could be apt. Also being an old fart now. Two reasons.

Hi Roy Thank you. I just love this guitar. You never know what they will sound like when you build your own. It must be the right mix of Ali, Maple and Formica. Plus of course JD's super strings.

Another great track, Dave.
That must've been tricky, to anticipate all those tempo drifts. Did you have to eyeball the waveforms?
Anyhow, the end result is fab. Thanks for posting it.

Hi Danny Thank you yes it was. I put a marker on the first note but ended up just winging it. I loaded the original song on to X minus pro website and removed the vocals. Some of the backing track sounded a bit strange but workable.

Hi Dave

I'd be interested to know what copedent you're using on your steel there...Universal or extended E9 (or neither)?

Nice looking steel!
