You are so involved playing that sweet sounding Emmons that you even had a Ba **o picking out the intro and you didn’t even notice, or even let it put you off, perhaps you didn’t have time to think about it!

Anyway, The reason I am prepared to make a complete pratt of myself like this is to try and encourage a few more to "HAVE A GO" it does not have to be perfect but twood be nice to see you all making progress ......... and we have a lot of bedroom players on here that are capable of knocking out a toon so How about it????? not just the fearless young blood on here and stuff that stuff about cant work a camera or phone!! that's a lot of cobblers IMHO. !!

While uploading your own version of a copyrighted tune is technically an illegitimate use of copyrighted material, in reality YouTube don't police this much at all. Their contentID system (which automatically finds copyrighted material) can't spot someone else's rendition of a commercial tune, and so it would need to be manually done.

Even if it is reported, sanctions range from demonetisation to a "strike" on your account - 3 strikes in 90 days mean your account is banned.

The 3 strike system still applies. I guess the sanction used depends on who owns the copyrighted material, and if they're happy making money from ads on your video, or just want it taken down.
