This is something I did a while back and never got around to doing anything with it. So I have put together some video I took at the amazing Clachan Sands in North Uist, Scottish Outer Hebrides and used it as background video.

Fantastic version, Geoff! Did you manage to get in for a paddle?

Great song, great bit of steel. Used to duet on my steel with our guitarist in my last band. Brought back good memories. Thanks Geoff really good

This was the first place we set up camp on arrival off the ferry. A gale force storm was raging and the van was swaying about in the wind, was kinda scary! When we awoke in the morning the storm had cleared the sun was shining and we looked out onto this beautiful place. TBH We could have just stayed there the whole trip it was so idyllic, but then again Harris also had so much to offer.

Thanks Donny.

I know I'm in a minority of one when I say I have always disliked this song, I much preferred Peter Green as the greatest ever British blues guitarist, not swanning around on this kind of south-seas nonsense.

That said: lovely playing all round on this Geoff, really superb tone...just a pity about the song.

Incidentally, you might be interested to know I once did an album with Peter Green, here's an image to prove it (attached).

Thanks Gary.

Sorry you don't like the tune, personally I think it's a beautifully constructed relaxing piece which contrasts favourably with his other works which I also enjoyed very much at the time when he was at his best before his unfortunate breakdown.

Maybe I should learn how to relax!!

But, I repeat, you nailed it...so I'll shut up and go and give this relaxation thing a try.
