Well maybe not but here's a number from1933 originally recorded by the Vagabonds but probably more recognisable by Marty Robbins or Tex Ritter. Anyway I remember my Mum singing this when I was about 5 years old, (1952) but I don't think my Mum ever new it as a country song. Anyway Happy Days.

Yes Dave, I certainly remember this song, they just don't write them like this anymore.
Lovely arrangement Dave, thanks so much for posting.

Nicely played Dave.

I don't remember that tune Dave but then again everyone who has commented so far has been a lot older than me.   I really enjoyed it , as always, your playing is precise, the tone is sweet to my ears, what more can you say, regards Donny.

I remember my father singing that, he was probably in one of the earliest county bands in the uk, played at Butlins, Scarbourgh after the war, a trio in full cowboy gear looked ridiculous! Never heard it since 1960 approx. Brought back a lot of memories.
Loved your playing, great tone. Thanks Dave.
