This is a tune I've wanted to have a go at for a while but putting together a backing track which comes close to the original has put me off. Decided to have a go anyway and this is the result. The video was also a lot of fun to put together.

It's a version of a track from the 80's album Apollo which was composed by Brian & Roger Eno with Daniel Lanois for the film - For All Mankind - which was a docu about the Apollo missions. A number of the tracks featured Daniel Lanois on pedal steel. One of the tracks, Silver Morning, was used on Trainspotting.

Recently a consortium of musicians, Icebreaker, performed a live performance of the album which featured BJ Cole on pedal steel which can be viewed on Youtube.
